off the site due to the use of profilepic.com and take full responcibility for all activities and actions you take place in within all areas of communication and content provided by yourself.
We may send you account registration, password recovery and notification emails to your e-mail address upon registering to this service.
We hold the right to refuse or remove any account at our discretion and with no explanation.
You must be older than 14 to use our service and must not communicate to anyone under the age of 14.
Any material downloaded or uploaded to this site is at your own risk.
It is illegal to collect or store personal data of our users.
You understand that information you submit will be available for others to view within our network exlcluding your date of birth, e-mail or password which will not be visible by anyone using the
website.
It is an offence to interfere or disrupt the service or servers or disobey any requirments procedures, policies, regulations of networks connected to the service and all other relationships.
You must not post any obscene or pornographic material of any sort. Any such material will be removed with no notice given and your account banned. We reserve the right to remove any images at our
discretion. Any illegal material will be removed.
You will not post any information that you do not have a right to transmit under any law, including but not limited to information that you do not own the copyright to.
You agree only to upload image files, and not executables, viruses or any other type of file.
Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of
solicitation.
You must not Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law.
Understand that information you submit will be available to anyone who enters this site, and will be visible to anyone who browses or performs searches using this site.
You are solely responsible for any information you enter or upload.
You must not upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's
privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. Any such material can be removed with no notice given.
We curently do not sell or publish users details to any third party
company, but we currently have no restrictions over who can access this site. It is therefore possible that your information (such as email address, blackberry pin, mobile phone number) may be taken
and used by others if you make it public or give it out to anyone.
You must not impersonate any person or entity, doing so will get your other accounts banned and the police may be notified of your actions.
ProfilePic does not provide any warranties that this site will meet your requirements or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely or secure. The results of using this service may not be
accurate or reliable, use at your own risk.
Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any
other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that ProfilePic shall not be responsible or liable for any
loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to
this site if you break the terms and conditions. We reserve the rights to alter our terms and conditions at anytime.
ProfilePic will only accept requests for alterations or password changes from the email address that you have provided.
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT PROFILEPIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR
LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF ProfilePIC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM:
(i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE;
(ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH
OR FROM THE SERVICE;
(iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA;
(iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR
(v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
