Refund policy

If we fail to deliver, we do not keep your money

One-time purchases only. Refunds are real — not a maze.

When you can request a refund

  • Your photoshoot failed due to a system error and we could not complete delivery after retries.
  • You were charged incorrectly (duplicate payment, wrong product).
  • You contact us within 14 days of purchase with a good-faith issue we cannot resolve.

When entitlements are not consumed

Credits and style generations are consumed only on successful delivery. A failed generation or training job on our side never burns your pack.

How to request

Email support@profilepic.com from your account email with your order receipt. We respond within two business days.
